Social Architecture – some definitions

social architecture: 

1. The conscious design of an environment or space in order to encourage desired social behaviour  towards a goal/ goals. [from wikipedia]

2. Architecture intended for use by the mass of people as social beings as a reaction against architecture concerned with form and style supposedly for the dominant members of society. [from Curl, 2000 in]

3. Architecture for the vulnerable, underprivileged members of society, particularly those who cannot ordinarily afford an architect [from Manful, 2014 at]
